Mini App for Quick Video Access
Overview
The爱奇艺mini extension is a lightweight browser tool designed to streamline access to video content on the popular Chinese streaming platform. Built for users who frequently engage with爱奇艺’s library, it offers a compact interface that integrates directly into the Chrome browser environment. The app provides a suite of convenience features, including a dedicated search suggestion bar, playback history tracking, subscription management, and access to trending search topics.
It is intended for casual viewers and regular users of the platform who value efficiency and quick navigation. The tool does not replace the full website experience but enhances it by reducing the number of clicks required to find and resume content. This makes it particularly useful for users who access video content multiple times a day, such as binge-watchers, fans of ongoing series, or those following live events.
Developed by 爱奇艺, a well-known name in digital entertainment, the extension leverages the company’s existing infrastructure to deliver a seamless browsing experience. It is optimized for use on both Windows and Mac systems, supporting modern Chrome-based browsers. The developer did not provide additional details about the underlying architecture or data handling practices.

- Search Suggestion Access: Instantly displays suggested search terms as users type, reducing the time needed to find popular or trending videos.
- Playback History: Keeps a record of recently watched content, allowing users to resume viewing with a single click.
